Insurance Benefits

If you have a Dental Insurance Plan, you'll be happy to learn that we accept most insurance plans and that  Dr. Hoffman is also a PPO member [Preferred Provider] of a vast number of Dental Insurance Companies.Therefore, we'll accept Assignment of Benefits and we'll file your insurance claims electronically for you to make your appointments simple and easy.
